  • Quality Control & Assurance of Clinical Research Division is the responsibility of the Business Development & Quality Assurance Manager.
  • A regular weekly meeting is carried by the Business Development Manager with Clinical Operations Manager and Project Managers to follow up progress each running project.
  • The process of Quality Assurance is governed by our Quality Assurance manual and the relevant SOPs. This guarantees GCP compliance in every aspect of our work while maintaining timelines.
  • Our SOPs are available to our clients upon contracting a project at their request (last version 4, Amendment 1 dated Aug.2017).
